AYATANA is a growing company from the Slovenian town of Lesce. The team is passionate about kombucha, fermentation in general, and above all locally sourced foods.
Our primary business is developing and producing fermented products.
We started out making fermented beverages, brewing kombucha, than providing the Slovenian market with its first water kefir and kombucha shots.
A great team of experts
Everything we make is the result of in-house expertise, as we meticulously inspect every last detail before you enjoy our products.
From day 1 we have been focused on the goals of impeccable quality and delicious taste, constant development and quality control, no unnecessary additives, and striving for environmental protection.
All processes are carefully supervised by our production and technology manager, who has specialized in fermentation for years.
Modern filling facilities
In addition to our own production plant, located in the Lesce industrial zone, Ayatana also boasts its own filling facilities, in-house development, warehouse, and lab utensils.
Our capacities allow for the development and production of both our own brand, as well as white-label stock that our customers can brand themselves.
Always seasonal and local
The flavors we produce are generally seasonal, as we firmly believe that local and seasonal ingredients are the ones with the best effect on the human body and people’s well-being.
Our seasonal products include our Winter Spice and summery Beach Please kombuchas.
