Making a tea would probably be your first idea, but we have another. Our favorite warming smoothie! It's made of highly nourishing ingredients that play several important roles in helping your immune system. So give it a go and help your body thrive even in the colder part of the year!

Ingredients & directions

  • 1 pear, peeled and roughly chopped

  • ¼ cup rolled oats 

  • 1 cup almond mylk 

  • ½ cup Winter spice kombucha

  • 1 tbsp sunflower butter 

  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger 

  • 1 Medjool date

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 pinch ground clove

  • 1 pinch salt

Blend all ingredients until smooth.  

*You can skip the almond mylk and use only kombucha.
