Peanut cola smoothie bowl

You probably know the famous peanut-chocolate bar that we used for our inspiration when creating this bowl.

This peanut cola smoothie bowl is delicious, nutritional and very filling - it will keep you full for hours and provide you with the energy you need to take on a day an fully seize it. Thanks to frozen bananas it's also very creamy and smooth, so crunchy toppings (such as cocoa nibs and roughly chopped peanuts) are a must.

Since we love food that is good for your gud and aids digestion, we added a little bit of kombucha to take this bowl to the whole new level. Give it a try - we are sure you'll love it!

Prep time: 10 min


  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp maple syrup (or to taste)

  • ½ cup almond mylk

  • ½ cup Retro cola kombucha

  • pnch of salt


Blend all ingredients until smooth consistency. Pour it into your favorite bowl and top with toppings by choice.

Toppings we added:

  • roughly chopped peanuts

  • sliced banana

  • cocoa nibs

  • unsalted popcorn
