Turmeric salad dressing

It's lemony, it's spicy and it brings summer in your kitchen! This living turmeric salad dressing with kombucha will turn any salad into it's tastier version. Pour in some kombucha to add some living microorganisms and do your gut a favor.

Pro tip: combine this turmeric salad dressing with cooked (or preferably steamed) cauliflower. It pairs wonderful!

Store in sealed glass jar in cool place (fridge) for up to 3 days. You can use this dressing as a lemony dip for any kind of raw, steamed, cooked or grilled veggies.

  • ¼ cup cashews, soaked 

  • ½ cup Hoppy hour kombucha

  • 4 tbsp lemon juice

  • Zest of ½ lemon

  • 1 tbsp mustard

  • ½ tsp ground turmeric

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
