Kombucha is a fermented, lightly carbonate beverage made from

black tea,

sugar and

water.

When you add a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast), which is full of good microorganisms, then spontaneous fermentation gets underway.

A few additions, like fruit or specially picked herbs, lead to a refreshing, bubbly, and slightly sour drink.

How do we brew it?

TRADITIONAL METHODS
AYATANA kombucha is brewed according to traditional methods. It is unfiltered and unpasteurized, so it keeps all of its wonderful attributes.

COMPLETELY NATURAL INGREDIENTS 

All the ingredients that we add to our beverages are completely natural,

and almost always locally sourced.

MODERN PRODUCTION 

Our kombucha is brewed and bottled at our fermentation plant in Lesce. Our modern production facilities allow us to bottle large amounts.


REGULAR TESTING

Ayatana’s products are tested regularly – this allows us to ensure the highest possible level of quality, a constant and reliable flavor, and, when necessary, necessary improvements.

What ingredients do we use?

PREMIUM ORGANIC BLACK TEA
The most essential ingredient in kombucha is tea.
AYATANA’s first choice is organic Nepalese TGFOP SHANGRILA black tea.

HIGH QUALITY ORGANIC BEET SUGAR
Sugar is an essential addition, as there is no fermentation without sugar.
The sugar we use is organic beet sugar.
REAL FRUIT JUICE AND HERBS
The special additions we use to give our kombucha its signature flavors are tried and true, premium quality and always seasonal.
CLEAR WATER
Water is, of course, the main ingredient by volume. And we are proud to say our water is high quality drinking water.

What are  KOMBUCHA SHOTS?

Their other name, kombucha elixir, is fitting as well – these shots are fermented for a longer period of time, long enough to get kombucha vinegar.
